We take urgent and same day sick appointments between the hours of 8 am to 10 am.
We ask that your refrain calling for routine well exam appointments during this time as our on hold waiting time increases during these hours. Calling us after 10 am will give us time to find the best appointment time, physician and location needed for routine exams and follow-up appointments.

When you need advice A-Z our Licensed Nurses and credentialed Medical Assistants are trained to help you over the phone with your questions regarding your child's needs and care. We strive to make it our goal to call you back within 30 minutes. Please do not hesitate to call us back if you have not heard from us within an hour. Each call is taken on a case by case basis, from emergent, urgent and routine call backs.
Routine calls for advice, prescription refills and referrals can be done through your child's portal as well. Please do not leave urgent or emergent messages through the portal -call 847-895-2901 or life threatening situations hang up and dial 911
